Practice:
Bill Sauerwein is the original founder of the firm and serves as President of Sauerwein Simon P.C. He is a trial attorney and focuses his practice in the area of general insurance defense, title insurance, real estate, banking and commercial litigation. He regularly represents property owners, lenders and national insurance underwriters throughout Missouri and Illinois. Bill has handled cases in nearly every county in the State of Missouri and dozens of counties in the State of Illinois. Bill has been awarded the AV designation for preeminent legal counsel, Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating.
